I got 30g needles and I can't even get mct gear to go through them, heated and everything. Not sure if the brand is shit or something, I think they're nipro

Hmmm, that's odd. Mine are BD (PrecisionGlide). MCT and GSO pass through them just fine. I use a 1cc syringe, though. That could be it... Smaller barrel diameter generates more pressure.

Sometimes the best thing to do for PIP is to just work the affected muscles. It can actually help them feel a lil better.

Well, sometimes you just can't. I got some PIP when I started pinning this Tren/Test blend for the first time that was so crippling I could barely walk when I pinned quads. Luckily I timed my pins so that I didn't pin them right before leg days. There was no way I could have made it through a workout in that state, and I have a fairly high pain tolerance.

Is Cardio important on gear? The pastebin says it is but it doesn't really say why, and I hear some people say they never do cardio. Is incorporating some cardio going to help me grow more somehow?

Yeah, the first few times are going to suck, especially if you're running short esters or high concentration gear. That's just the nature of the beast, my man. You'll be surprised how your body adapts to it over time, though.

Assuming that you didn't homebrew, the batch that you're jamming into your ass presently most likely has a fuck load of benzyl alcohol and benzyl benzoate in lieu of actually filtering the oil (because that takes time and reduces overall volume by a bit, thus reducing profit margins further).

My test levels are lower than average, but not low enough to warrant prescription TRT, so I figured I'd just self medicate on 125mg test/week. But how do AIs work on what is essentially an indefinite cruise? On TRT doses you ideally wouldn't need to touch an AI. It's just supposed to replace whatever you body would optimally make. Get bloods and change the dose if needed so you peak right around 1-1200ng/dl and watch your e2 while doing so.
