If you can't afford 150 fucking dollars for a barbell set (incidentally this seems low but we'll gloss over that) then you have no hope anyway, as you're clearly a loser who isn't willing or able to put the effort in.

How the fuck are you going to afford to eat or keep a roof over your head if that is beyond your budget?

Spread out over a year, that's like $12 a month. I'm in the UK, but that's way less than a gym membership.

What are you trying to achieve? If you're a fat fuck looking to lose weight, then yeah, you might be able to get away with that. Simply eating less, eating clean, and doing cardio and bodyweight exercise will work and work well if you put the fucking effort in and stick at it.

If you're looking to put on muscle though, you need to be eating at least double that (by far the main cost of bodybuilding, and the one that people seem to forget) and need to join a gym.

Firstly though you need to stop making shitty excuses and sort your life out. Otherwise it's all a waste of time and effort.

Look into calisthenics. Pushups and crunches are baby tier stuff there is endless progression moves to do. Functional strength and you can get pretty big but not yuuuge unless you add weight. But you get a really well rounded body.

Picking a good routine is only half the battle, it's those who actually have it in them to follow through who are gonna make it.
