Worth saying too, I'm only on my first cycle and as someone who's lived through panic attacks/anxiety, and even worse, the meds the throw you on, I was a bit worried about high/low E2 sides.

Crashed my E2 to fuck when I started. Turns out I'm not E2 sensitive at all, so was taking WAY too much Adex. Was nothing majorly noticeable though, and I only realised due to reading a list of low E2 sides.

Major one was "dull orgasm". Literally really anti climactic and not much "power" to it. Now I've dropped the dose (and am actually flirting with high E2 on purpose for various reasons) it's the opposite. I actually hit the wall some 8ft behind me yesterday.

Pinning too frequently isnt a thing as long as the dosing is cinsistant because tge ester will only release so much per time basically

Injecting too often doesnt have a negative but it also doesnt make a difference

I go the typical 21g for draw, 25g for pin.
But a few weeks ago I left my 25g at home by accident so only had 21g to pin with, the difference in how fast the oil goes in is amazing, like no resistance on the plunger at all. But obviously 21g could hurt a lot more if you hit the wrong spot, so I still use 25g, the time it takes to push all the oil in is still no problem.

All you need to know for growth is the more total work done the more growth possible; where total work is weight x reps. If you lift 225 x5 that's 1125 total lbs lifted but let's say you can lift 190 x 8 that's actually 1520 total lbs lifted. You will see more growth from lifting 190 x 8 given that all other variables (sleep and nutrition, health, etc) remain constant.

When in doubt lift heavy for a lot of reps with drops.
