tricep pushdown, 20-30 rep sets, low weight

Day 3:

Weighted Chin-ups

Anything you guys would change or do different? Will this work to put on upper body mass? Or am I overdoing it on the volume?

I'd add some lat raises on each day if you don't want to look DYEL(just superset them) and trade out the DB rows for seal rows just because I prefer them but it looks fine to me lad.

Lads would you unironically recommend 5/3/1 or something similar if I'm working ~70 hour weeks for the summer and early fall? I need fucking something with some sort of structure, I'm dying here.

I probably "should" be on Texas method or something similar but work doesn't allow for something that rigidly structured right now.

5/3/1 is a good program for someone who likes to lift but doesn't have a lot of time. Do it.

Not sure if this is the right place but here it goes.

I started going to the gym about 3 weeks ago.

I do 3 sets of 5 reps on the bench press, reasonable form, and in those 3 weeks I have gone from 40kg to 55kg, I hope to be at 60kg within 2 weeks.

How long will it take me to get to 80kg?

You are doing SS?
If you eat a lot (A LOT), then probably no too long. Maybe a month or something, asumming you progress 2.5 kg every workout, three times per week.
You might not be able to sustain this and have to do micro-loading, progressing 1 kg every session. Then it'll take you maybe a month and a half.
Feel free to post some form videos when the weight gets heavier.

I don't think you need the dips, replace them with (weighted) pullups. And add something for shoulders.

Not specifically, my routine is to get about 150g of protein each day, each as much as I feel like without going over the top and to do 3x5 bench press 3 times a week, 3x5 squat 2 times a week and 3x5 deadlift once a week.

If I had very limited time for training I would do something similiar(one top set per lift per session and maybe some more work depending on time and energy). If you don't have time to do the amount of volume that would be "ideal" it's better to increase the intensity and keep the quality of the sets high.
