Long term, I want to be one of those people who someone exlaims "Holy shit he's 70!? He doesn't look over 50"

Short term, I just want to get a bit leaner.

I couldn't really say how close I am to the long term goal because I might die of some shitty cancer or some shit before I get there. Or I might just not have the genetics for aging well.

Short term, yeah pretty close, I'm about 12-13% now so a few weeks of strict cutting should do it.

Short term is otter mode body

Long term is THICC bear mode

I'm about 6 months away from true otter mode and after that I'll bulk/cut cycle up until I'm a good weight to maintain bear mode which will probably take me about 2-3 years if I don't fuck around

I want to be muscular enough to where my 9/10 body and ~7/10 face will be enough to justify my lack of social skills as "cute quirkiness" rather than "autismal discomfort for everybody involved"

Short Term: Break this 15% plateau and get down to 12%

Long Term: Chad mode

Long
>2/3/4/5 with a focus on aesthetics
Short
>1/2/3/4 with improving aesthetics by January 2018.
>Working on my skin tan. Im american but like 80% English blood and dont tan worth a shit.

Short term - to be able to do 5 strict one arm chin-ups with each arm. Currently can't quite do one.

Long term - get to 180 lbs at 10%bf ( currently (170lbs at 12-13% - 5'10).

Girl or fag?

My nigger. It's worth it. Men have started actually talking to me and treating me like an equal. It's weird.
I love that this needs to be asked

Fag confirmed

>Both

>What are your long term fitness goals?
To be 60-70 lbs thinner.

>What are your short term fitness goals?
5 lbs in the month of June

>How close are you to both?
I won't even lost 5 lbs in June at this rate because MY BODY IS A SCAMMING PIECE OF SHIT

Lose weight and gain muscle until I stop looking in the mirror and hating what I see looking back at me

Nah you are still a male

How is bait?

Shemale are men, not women

>long term

>short term

Short term: I just want a fucking six pack for the first time. I'm on week 3 of a cut that I'm willing to do for as long as it takes.

Middle term: win a boxing fight before I graduate college

Long term: I want to be a beast at PT when I'm an officer in the Air Force

Short term:
>Get to 12% body fat, enough to clearly make out abs
>Be able to do 5km run in Get to 1/2/3/4
>Run 10km in Swim 50 lengths in

Somebody please stop this degeneracy

>Long term
Pull 6pl8+

OHP 2pl8 (don't know if I'll ever do it)

>Short term
Pull 4pl8
Bench at least 1.5pl8
OHP1pl8
Cut down to 13%bf once I've done these things

>Short term
4pl8 squat
2.5pl8 bench
1.5pl8 ohp

>Long term

3pl8 bench (long monkey arms - this would be a huge milestone for me)

>med term

>long term

>Short term

>Long term

Short term: 5x5 1.5pl8 bench, 5x5 1pl8 OHP (Finally about to hit both this week or next)
Medium Term: Same reps at 2pl8 bench and 1.5pl8 OHP
Long Term: Same as Medium but at 8% bf (12-15% atm)

Short , do a 50km ride with over 30km/h average.

Long, have visible abs with a BMI of 25, which is theoretically ~200 visits to the gym away.

da fuk is your deal

very realistic and achievable goals keep at it user

long term: 90kg at low body fat
short term: 3 pl8 bench

Long term: Front Squat 315 3x10
Medium Term: OHP 225 5x5
Short Term: Back Squat 315 5x5

Long term: Break holohoax mode. 6'2 and float from 145-150 lbs currently. I already have a decent foundation from 2 years of fucking around in the gym and I just started Starting Strength today. Bulking with mass gainers, milk, peanut butter, whatever I can. Hoping to get above 170 lbs by the end of the year. I feel like an ideal weight at my height would be anywhere from 185-210 lbs so that would be the end goal.
Short Term: Lay off booze and other distractions/gains goblins

>Long term
I wanna be one of the fittest people wherever I go, not biggest, but I want to be able to go for a hike or bike ride or lift heavy shit whenever anyone asks "hey, you up for doing that thing?"
Also, I wanna be fighting fit (I want to get in the ring and compete as an amateur, for the experience)

>Short term
I wanna see my lower abs and build up my fucking cardio which has always sucked.

>How close am I to both?
Well, I guess about 1-2 months away from my short-term goal, however it seems like I am never in the company of people who tire out before I do when we go play a basketball game, hike, or do any intense shit.
I am not fighting fit yet though. No cardio although I don't suck in the technique, timing, power and explosiveness departments

>long term
to be able to do this to people
youtube.com/watch?v=jiSxnRInhTM
>short term
to be able to pin down arnie and molest his ass
>how close am I to both?
i gotta long walk to water

fitness my cock in qt gf

I just want still be able to bench 225 and squat 330. Also I'm trying to get to where I run a 15k under an hour, so a bit under a 6.5 minute mile pace for 9.6 miles.

Short term: for sloots to want me just for my body
Long term: achieve natty thicc mode and be healthy

Weighed 85kg 3 months ago, but have dropped down to 75kg now. Started pretty much from zero but made pretty good beginner gains even on a heavy deficit the first two months.

Short:
Weigh 65kg (143lbs)

Medium (4m-1,5y):
Gain a little mass on a light bulk (may need to cut at some point).
Further improve my posture

Long:
Maintain body
Improve endurance and flexibility.

Overall I just want a decently fit and healthy body that isn't too hard to maintain, so I find my goals are pretty realistic.

>What are your long term fitness goals?

To be a strong, versatile human being who looks juicy as fuark.

To be mobile, independent and in good cardiovascular health even as I grow old.

>What are your short term fitness goals?

1/2/3/4, to be able to do pullups for reps like I do pushups, and to just be strong enough to help people around me.

>How close are you to both?

I can do like, 7 pullups straight.
I'm still not at 1/2/3/4, but I'll get there.
I'm strong enough that my friends ask me to move furniture, so I'm good there.

I really should stretch more.

Long Term: 1.5/2.5/4/5 1RM by end of the year

Short Term: Rep 1/2/3/4 x 5

I'm pretty close, trying to get to repping 1/2/3/4 x 5 by july.

So far I'm at 5, 3, 3, 3 respectively. I repped 395x5 diddly and 295x5 squat easy. 215x5 bench was a bit of a struggle.

Also want to cut a little bit of fat if I can.

Long term: Terry Crews

Short Term: Lose the fat

Honestly, I dont want to get ripped, I just want to lose the fat. Get lean, all that shit. Eating that watermelon earlier probably didnt help but damn. I have been losing the pounds so its a start. Nowhere near what I want, but I am seeing a difference (slightly).

Long term:
>reach 2/3/4/5
>aesthetic focus

Short term:
>1/2/3/4 by end of year
>visible 6 pack alongside the lifts above

>watermelon
>bad
a cubic metre of watermelon probably has only 500 calories

Previous goal: get to where I was pre-injury (not that far)

Next goal is take eating, sleeping and lifting seriously until I get these numbers on my main lifts then cut of the fat I've built up.

Squat: 92.5kg --> 100kg
Dead: 95kg --> 120kg
Bench: 57.5kg --> 75kg
OHP: 37.5kg --> 50kg
Bb row: 60kg --> 70kg

Had been stalling around the current numbers forever but I've got some 0.5kg plates and the upper body lifts seem to be progressing smoothly.

To be able to throw people easily.

I want to be a 300lb 6% body fat muscle monster. I want people to see me on the sidewalk and cross the street. I want them to say, "who is that monster, that behemoth barreling towards us?!" I want to kill my enemies, see them driven before me, and hear the lamentations of their women.
