ITT: actual exercises that look like old asian people made up

What is this even working out? It seems like gravity is doing all the work.

...

such a meme-exercise. ineffective and awkward

I feel like the biggest fucking sperglord when I do skullcrushers or bent over cable rows

Good mornings on the seated cable row

>people unironically do this while there is a leg press machine.

A guy was just doing that at the gym about an hour ago. All I could do was bertstare.

useless

what muscle does that train?

classic "muh rotator cuff" meme

seriously? i've made most of my ab gains with this

How to into delts like those

I find leg raises and crunches far superior. good for you though. do whatever gets you gains.

OHP and a supplementary shoulder exercise should be enough for that. don't settle though.

I second your OHP comment. I have been doing OHP every workout, along with a few supplementaries, and my delts are growing faster than almost any other muscle.

are pic related also a meme? I feel them in my side delt, which is what I want, but not sure wether it actually will increase them.

it is an awesome lift as well, nothing manlier than pushing and holding that weight over your head.

also very good for core and stability.

Soooooooo what the fuck should you do if you are 6'4" have weak rotator cuffs?

muslims made this one

lel, i can't wait to see you in my clinic in a decade

you chucklefucks are good business.

>middle delt
>responsible for shoulder abduction
>performs shoulder abduction PREs
>wonders if he's hitting the muscle responsible for shoulder abduction

hm.

kek allright allright

That exercise in the picture isn't training the rotator cuff you retard, its literally training the opposite muscles

You would have to it the other way around to train the rotator cuff

oh wow hey check out this fucking moron

google shoulder internal and external rotation. i'll wait.

now that you have the basics, consider the fact that there are agonist and antagonist groups responsible for every motion in the shoulder. also consider the fact that deficits in one or the other leads to overall joint instability. have you ever seen a shoulder dislocate? i have, and i've directed patients through the rehab to hopefully keep it from happening again. external rotation is very important, yes, sure, you're not wrong, good job. but so is literally every other shoulder motion.

get the fuck off off Veeky Forums and go to the gym, you retard.

if you do this just external it is very, very helpful to not fuck up your rotator cuff, but i suppose you could do face pulls or pull aparts instead
