Protein is a bad source of energy. You'd fatigue easily.
Nuts and eggs both contain fat
You'd have to eat nothing but egg whites

Maybe I misspoke. I didn't mean Protein only because that'd just shakes. I mean protein heaviest or protein richest.

Not on Keto lol. More energy on eggs and bacon than on bread and cereal.
It'd be absolutely fucking terrible if you got no fat. Pioneers used to get horrible muscle wastage if they stayed on a diet of lean protein for extended periods of time.

Yes my boy , try to do any kind of real exercice for a sustained period of time without carbs .
