No, not at all. Everyone participates primarily in baseball and martial arts. But I guess that's a blessing because at my stature of 1.78m (5'10") and 190lbs., I do receive a lot of attention from girls. I'm also physique competitor.

My mom is very healthy and have been going to the gym for more than 20 years (totally normie workout but she is fit) so she always planned our meals with at least one source of protein, one source of carbs and always at least one kind of salad.

Italy

>philippines
>tilapia, chicken, eggs
>mmmh more or less. Some dish are a bit too greasy.

Same guy here. IMO Italian food is the best in all aspects. My county's food is excellent in flavor, but notsomuch in the health department.

Look at this, one of our most beloved dishes, El Pabellon Criollo. The amount of protein and carbs is high as a teen's benis after watching porn for the first time. Yet the amount of calories is as high as those 2.

Other typical dish is the Arepa. Basiclly a fried mixture of flour wheat, salt, water, and anything you want to add. after you mold the mixture of flour, salt and water into a pancacke of sorts, you fry it, open it up when its hard enough, and you can put anything inside. Cheese, meat, and egg, even fucking nutella, it goes with anything.

All of my land's food is the same. High calories, protein, and carbohyrates. Make what you want of that.

Phil food is dogshit. But at least they can BBQ and roast chicken, and understand me when I order scrambled eggs on the side unlike thailand

Argentina.
For me chicken it is, most would say red meat
traditional cuisine is usually healthy... although veggies aren't very common.
