I know, I know, I am a fatfuck (actually 178lbs or 81kgs) and I have been trying to bulk at least a little. I set myself a realistic goal to gain 5kgs of mass in 6 months. Weight stopped after first 2 and since then I have been desperately trying to gain weight. I have estimated that I need around 2850kcal/day, but after I get my 160g of protein from meat and some veggies I am basically full, so I get dirty carbs from pizzas, crisps, burgers and whatnot.
