I got my bloodworks back the other day, it only shows that im either physically growing or just gaining muscle according to my pharma gf

Animal pak multi is kinda pricy, but when I take it on a training day not only do i just feel healthier in general, my joints feel better, i recover faster, and the energy makes me want to fucking put my fist through a wall!

way more shit then that is needed,you dont need fancy pre workouts just get some cheap shit for the caffeine and be done with it and only take it when you need it

Random useless stuff, not that interesting but I wanted to share anyway:

- multi (for the vitamin C inside and other stuff)
- coco oil (they say it's good to lose the "bad" fat)
- curcumin (supposedly good for joints but I'm not sure I'll buy again)
- omega 3+6+9 (a mix of fish oil for omega 3, and other oils for 6 and 9)
- vitamin K2 (for the teeth according to the internet)
- a specific multi with calcium + magnesium + zinc +D3 (for the bones when I muay thai)

Only thing not in the picture is my whey isolate.

how do you time your yohimbine intake? i'm finding it difficult to tell when my insulin is high or low, i don't have anny idea how insulin spikes works, the only time i'm 100% sure it'll work is after waking up
