I've done 10 reps with 1/2/3 before I've deadlifted 4pl8 for 10 reps.

I've never actually done 12 reps with 4pl8 on a deadlift, while I did do 1pl8 OHP for 15, 2pl8 bench for 13 and 3pl8 squat for 12.

Sheit I never do more than 5 for squats and deadlifts.

Try it. 10-15 reps for deadlifts is godtier for grip. Now I can rackpull&hold 260-280kg on my fuckaround 'off' days.

Squatting for two sets of 20 is the best thing you can do if your progress is slow. Just don't feel like shit if you cannot stand up with 45% of your 1RM.

1/2/3/4 are just random numbers being thrown around for no reason, because using plate increments appeals to retards. 60kg OHP is basically a novice weight for someone who doesn't neglect the upper body and is much easier to achieve than a 180kg deadlift
