I bought 2 packs of sugar chocolate cookies. I'm staring at them.

I think I'm gonna have them. Each cookie is 325 calories. There are 8 cookies. I could stop at one. But that seems unlikely.

If you only lose weight without lifting you go through stages of skinnyfat with progressively smaller diameter until you reach skeletor mode without ever looking good at any point.
There was a guy here that did that, from obese to underweight with zero training and he ended up looking like a deflated sack on a rack.

I can't quit soda / energy drinks.
I have immensely scaled my consumption down though, one to two glasses a day, which still covers practically my entire sugar allowance.
After I've emptied the remainder of my stock I'll just stop buying.

I always tell myself there will be rewards but there never are. Maybe I'll eat a big pizza.

I kinda do this with my cheat days.
Instead of having those based on the passage of time, I have them based on the passage of weight.

Every time my full kgs roll over to a new record low (100.XX, 99.XX, 98.XX, etc..) I have a cheat day and get pizza.

I'm thinking of going on a week smoothie cleanse just to see what happens. Anyone willing to join me?

When I was up at MEPS there was a fat black man there who talked like a Boondocks parody character and called a SGT 'my nigga.'

He got 1 point over passing on his ASVAB. Keep in mind the ASVAB is for a High School Level.

If you've actually lifted and have some thickness to your neck, even 15 lbs over they'll tape test you.

Neck thickness, waist thickness at the belly button. Aim for under 20% and you're fine.

Depends on degree. If your "cheat" day is eating pizza under your calorie goal, then once a week is fine. If your idea is eating pizza to maintenance, I would suggest almost never unless you have been a good boy for a very long time and are about to flip. If your idea is eating whatever you want with no limit/tracking, then never you fat piece of shit.
