Holy shit, user. Gj on quitting.
I quit smoking and the weekly habit of drinking alcohol to excess. Smoking was quit cold turkey as well as alcohol. Its a tough process, but once you cross the 3 week line its a different ball game.
For example i couldn't do anything without having a sub conscious connection to tobacco. You really cant beat it within thag 3 weeks and have to shelter your self from the world. After 3 months youll be in the clear. Thats when you have to find ways to deal with the stresses of life that arent drowing out your brain with a vice.
I still dip half a can a day. I did quit smoking though
I don't need have a problem with abusing substances
>Things I've Quit
Soda/Juice
Alcohol
Heroin
Meth
Marijuana
Candy
Dairy
>Things I Can't (or don't want to yet.)
Cigarettes, I've tried a few times longest is maybe a little under a year.
Sips, I know they are bad cause I'm more tired the next day after I drink them.
McDoubles.
Quit smoking weed a year and a half ago, best decision I ever made. Smoke tobacco occasionally, cigars and pipes mostly. Have a few drinks every now and then. Eat pretty healthy and lift heavy weights.
Trying to quit porn, quitting pot was easy by comparison. Even if I go a month or two, the allure is always a click away. Hardest thing I've ever tried to do.
>quit drinking soda cold turkey
>still drinks soda
Cold turkey implies you cease something abruptly, when the end goal is not doing it at all.
Hope you just mean unhealthy carbs and simple sugars. A carbless life is unreasonable
never started, but thats a given when your a virgin
