Full natty vegan here, can confirm first hand that animal products steal your gains and make you go trap mode.

I've experimented for around 3 years attempting to raise my testosterone naturally, the most beneficial things I've found have been.

Consume a myriad of animal proteins, they all have different digestion time and anabolic spikes I try to eat chicken and beef both everyday.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep.

Stay hydrated but stay away from sugary beverages like soda or juice.

Stay away from cow's milk its got shit tonnes of exogenous estrogen that lowers your test, some studies say by around 13% soon after drinking a glass. Soy isn't a big deal unless you use the protein powder as it's phytoestrogens and doesn't have much of if any effect on us in normal quantities; the shit binds to normal estrogen receptors without the same effect as normal estrogen so it could LOWER the effect of normal estrogen by preventing it doing it's job.
