But the trick is to focus on clenching it tightly in every exercise that you do. Whether it be hamstring curls, lateral raises, or tricep pulldowns, always brace your core as if you were doing a stomach vaccum. Aside from that all i do for direct core work are cable crunches and weighted hanging leg raises.

Treating it as a recomp, come July I'm gonna clean bulk and lift heavy for a couple of years.

I'd say if you're cutting down, go ham on cable flies with focus on tension at the bottom of your chest then superset with decline barbell, high reps (60-70% of max) light weight. You'll thank me later dawg, trust me
