I think people are wrongly equating "skinnyfat" with being "weakfat manlet". They think they're not fat because they are under 200lbs. But when you're 180 and 5'6, and fat is over 25%, yeah you're just fat.

25% is too high to be the skinnyfat cutoff. When I started lifting I was probably 20% bf at 130lbs 5'7 with a visible gut.
