How does one stays motivated Veeky Forums? I need to lose some weight and I went running for the first time in 2 years last week but I just can't do it again. I'm a lazy piece of shit so I don't want to do it again. I think cardio is a pain in the ass but deep down I know I need it. I feel bad everytime I skip it.

The only motivation I eve had was 4 years ago; I went to the gym with a friend. If he wasnt going I wasnt either.. so when he stopped going I couldnt continue on my own. I dont know what to do to counter this
by getting results(girls miring and flirting with you, getting some form of love), naked women in pictures, or...by being a fucking sadist, which I greatly am, I literally love to suffer on a physical level...when I go berserk is the equal of a regular person's cumming

Some people say the best motivation is pussy but it is mostly relative. For me the best motivation is the person I will become, as faggy as that sounds. You just have to find what works for you, even if that is not motivation but discipline.

I don't fap, fuck, take drugs, drink alcohol, play vidya, watch TV or have any social life.
Physical exercise really is the only thing I got going for in my life.

The goal of losing weight should already be enough motivation for you to continue. You can just eat 500 below TDEE, no need to go running..it´s fucking boring to begin with.

find cardio that isn't total suffering and get at three times a week.
even a long walk at the end of the day will make you feel much better, physically.
get used to having these regular workouts, then slowly implement running again.
