I don't do weighted pull ups or chins though. I just do 25-35 full ROM in a row to close out workouts and it forces a number 1-10 for some reason.

check your expected weight for your height in symmetricstrength.com/calculator/ideal_bodyweight and then use "Bodybuilding, IFBB Fitness Division" (usually a median value of the possible values at different bf% of the "Maximum muscular potential for drug-free athletes") as your weight in the standards calculator (as you see, it's adjusted per weight). And quit that permabulking sometimes

About what I expected. I thought my bench would be in the "advanced" range though.

All in all, pretty happy for only been lifting hard for 6 months.

6 months of fucking around and 2-3 months of 'serious' training 2-3x a week. In retrospect im not really mad, just glad i can learn from my mistakes

lol my squat used to be terrible. snapped my shit up a year ago and had to recover. I now lift heavy squats twice a week.

Hit a 3pl8 a2g pause squat last night (which is double my bodyweight).

Maybe switch to lowbar if your squat is causing you trouble. highbar was the cause of all my squat problems.

I actually have never tried to go super heavy on rows. And somehow i dont see how it should correlate anterior delts, pecs and triceps strenght with posterior delts, biceps, romboids and traps.
