Hey Froggo I saw on one of your vids when you jerk you recover with your back foot first, then your front. Generally it's advised to recover with your front foot first.

Yea ive been told that before, my jerk is so crap atm im just working on fully extending more atm which is making me not even think about recoverys

You might try practicing your jerk with lighter weights and holding the split position for 2-3 seconds before recovering. You want to develop being strong in the split position itself and not just relying on a quick recovery.
