also, the fact that these guys are on roids, have good genetics and are low bodyfat causes them to look like this. optimal hypertrophy is achieved by at least training the same muscle group twice a week, contrary to a bro split. If you are at a gym you will see some roiders do a brosplit but also 10* as many dyels doing it. If you focus on getting stronger you will at the very least build a base.

Bench x1 @8, x5 @9, repeat twice, load drop
Push press x9 @6, x9 @7, x9 @8, three down sets
Reverse hyperextensions x9 @6, x9 @7, x9 @8, three down sets

Doesn't seem like a lot, but the volume from the extra sets is a lot, especially when they're actually as heavy as they should be. GPP, you spend 12 minutes doing cardio, 12 minutes doing as many rows/curls as you can and 12 minutes doing mobility.

Muscle damage doesn't mean muscle growth, the latest literature proves that muscle damage which is linear with the ammount of volume you do on any specific day is not representative of hypertrophy.
In fact hypertrophy only occurs when muscle protein synthesis is subtracted with muscle damage.
If you actually train your muscles hard enough on any specific session you will just crush yourself and at best just repair the muscle you already have, you won't grow at all.
Your muscles only grow after being trained for a very small time frame, usually less than 48h in beginners and intermediates(some muscles only grow for less than 20h, and some for 12h or less if you are advanced enough).

Wanna be aesthetic? Just train often, don't kill yourself, and if you have no abs you have no business bulking.

Those aesthetic bros are usually shorter and weaker than me. Those are that are either or both, are people that I look up to, since my goal is to be a strong cunt. A day of nothing but Cleans is so much more fun than any brosplit I've been recommended by my friends.

I've also been condemned by genetics, that of a slightly crooked spine and a protruding ribcage to never be shredded and aesthetic. Not that I need that kind of self-assurance to find girls though.

Ok, I always hear people saying SS will make you a bottom heavy, unaesthetic goob, but I just finished ~4 months of SS, I put on 25 pounds of mostly muscle (some fat as well obviously), I gained a whole lot of strength, and I look good.

I just added dips, barbell curls, shoulder raises, calf raises, and an roller to the routine.

I'm also in college and I have a pretty solid social circle, so I have pretty good luck with women.

Is this whole "SS will make you a disgusting fuck freak" thing just a big meme? None of my friends who do brosplits have gotten above 1/2/3/4 within 4 months of working out like I did

In my personal experience I found myself performing non-compound lifts incorrectly when I couldn't actually gauge contraction/activation of the specific muscle (ex: dumbbell press). If you're dumbbell pressing and you don't know what it's supposed to feel like pressing with your chest versus pressing with your tris and delts, it's easy to quickly develop an imbalance. Compounds are usually a bit harder to mess up.
