She doesn't want to train separately, so she wants to do the same routine. Can't do SS anymore, she can't DL or Skwat because back surgery. I'm a little bit stronger than when I stopped doing SS, but not making important progress, afraid I'm overtraining on a PPL that I put together without much knowledge. What routine should I do?
