sitcky is down for almost a week

Aight agebro here's what you should do.

1.
From 8pm-3pm dont fucking eat. I don't give a shit about "muh hungerpains" Just don't fucking eat. Drink water if you're thirsty. Soda is gone from your life aswell. Deal with it.

2.
After your fast have a light meal including some veggies and some lean protein. As long as it doesn't exceed too many calories and is low in fat and carbs you're good. Note at 8pm you should have taken in all the calories you need for the day whether on a cut or not. Utilize the energy when you got it.

3.
Hit the fucking gym you fat fuck. Lift whatever, just crunch out until you can't fucking breath.

4.
Get your ass home and eat as much fucking protein as possible. Get chicken if you can, if you can't, get more than 2 scoops of whey BROTEIN-powder

5.
SLEEP 7+ hours. If you don't sleep 7+ hours you're not getting the optimal amount of gains.

6.
Wake up feeling like absoloute shit but at least you hit the gym.

Rinse and repeat. It's really not that difficult.
