15% maximum isn't always realistic in the real world but I would never bulk over 15% again because it is too much work to cut down to 10% for summer.

there's not difference between a "powerlifting routine" and a regular strength routine.
Wendler's 531 which has been done at one point or another by just about every powerlifter is also done by a shit ton of other athletes including some bodybuilders.
I've even seen the Sheiko routine be recommended in some bodybuilding forums.

No. Jogging badly is bad for your knees. If your form sucks (i.e. you run bent forward with no lift and stomp your way to victory) and you're wearing some shitty ass shoes, then your legs are gonna start having problems real soon, especially wearing a fucking weighted vest.

But jogging/running properly is actually pretty good for your knees if you're prepared and take your time increasing your distance instead of immediately jumping into 5-10ks every other day.

not count 40 sit ups as exercise for starters, your abs are tiny fucking muscles and it'll barely get your HR up.

Yes, keep lifting. I think the idea was that you should keep cutting your body fat until 15% or so to show off your gains, rather than be permabulked "for strength."
