Tfw broke & eat everything unseasoned

sea salt
pepper are the usual

if I am feeling fancy, steak salt and this pepper mix that has dried jalapeno and bell pepper flakes in it. pretty tasty

usually don't fuck with garlic or onion powders. I use to, but for whatever reason I can't taste it anymore unless it completely over powers the thing I put it on.

>salt
>pepper
>paprica powder
>garlic powder

What are some good sauces to my chicken?
Should be sugar and diary free.

I just put Montreal steak spice on it

I just use the rotisserie seasoning and that works just fine. I used to use sriracha but that shit is pretty calorie dense.

Mustard

spices are like 2 bucks and last months

mango chipotle

6/10, you caused me to look at my sriracha bottle

I usually use my chicken for delicious fajitas, so fajita seasoning.

Moroccan spices
Peri Peri/Portuguese spices
salt+ asian 5 spice then into peanut satay sauce (when bulking)

penzeys.com/
greek, fajita, and sate are all goat

>Frozen pizza seasoning
>ingredients: spices + garlic salt

Is this a joke product? also their sate is missing some of the most flavourful things like palm sugar and kaffir lime leaf.

Usually eat my chicken with rice, so I make some asian styled shit
Pepper
Garlic
Coriander
Then one of the three
Ginger
Lemongrass
Turmeric

If dirt poor Mexicans and Indians can season their food, I'm sure you can too.

Chile P and some pepper and a bit of beer in the pan

>preheat oven to 400F
>frying pan over medium heat
>olive oil
>place chicken in pan
>salt
>pepper
>garlic powder
>paprika
>thyme
>flip after 5 minutes
>season other side same way
>transfer to oven after 5 more minutes
>pour seasoned hot oil over chicken
>cover 90% of baking dish with foil, leaving small gaps on the sides
>bake 20 minutes
>uncover and turn broiler on for 2 more minutes

Only reason I posted the whole recipe is because I got tired of the spices either pouring off due to juices escaping from baking/frying covered, or burning onto the chicken due to direct heat. If you cook each side of the breast, then leave small gaps for moisture to escape when baking covered, you get the perfect texture and no spice loss while the chicken is still joocy, plus the oil stops the chicken from drying out.

I love all those mixes, i just dance between them all, im too lazy to add more than 2 seasonings

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Use the grill option on the oven for your chicken

I just discovered it, and now truly appreciate the grill option in an oven. OH MY GOD does it just keep all the juices in the breast. Whenever I use bake it dries it out too much.

Rub some oil on the filet.
Salt, a squeeze of lime.
herbes de provence, garlic, curry powder, black pepper.
Then get a table spoon of flower and a tea sieve and put a thin even layer on both sides.

>Onion Powder
>Garlic Powder
Can't get some real onions and garlics?

Salt, pepper, cumin, tumeric, broiled in lemon Juice.

I'm a vegan so I can't eat my chicken with mayonnaise, what sauce now?

salt & chili flakes, pepper, thyme

My thighs under the broiler/griller/salamander do great at medium temps but it will wash off any pan sear when you turn em.

Also when I slow cook my spatchcock whole chicken in the fan forced oven it stays very juicy so long as I baste it with olive oil often (135C/275F for 60 mins). But I do buy the one's already brined.

I made this yesterday just the chicken without all the other shit around it, taste good as fuck. I dont get why he would season the breadcrumbs instead of just the chicken before the flour though.

youtube.com/watch?v=IAbFlWQnlD4

For schnitzels I season the breast, the flour, the eggwash and the crumbs. I have no idea which part is best to season so I just do I little everywhere. He may have been working with brined chicken.

Salt
Black Pepper
Cayenne
Garlic
Thyme

Oven for 20 - 23 minutes at 450 degrees depending on thickness

Serve with broccoli, potato, and a jalapeno (easy mode) or a habanero (hard mode).

Chicken is very versatile. I like to:

>fresh basil and garlic
>lemon pepper
>jalapeno and cheddar
>garlic butter Parmesan
>tandoori
>tika masala
>brie and raspberry
>proscuitto and garlic butter feta with scallions

As for steaks (pref filet)

>Sea salt (generously) with Black pepper (freshly ground and just a dash)

Don't ruin steaks Veeky Forumsbros

I usually add thyme to my steaks. That stuff is fabulous with any kind of meat.

FUCKING BLASPHEMY

GOOD STEAK REQUIRES ONLY SALT AND A TINY BIT OF PEPPER.

YOU NEED TO TASTE THE MEAT NIGGA

I just buy bottles of Teriyaki marinade and after letting the chicken soak in it for a few hours I throw it on the George Foreman

Thx user, I'll try this.

I do an overnight whiskey/garlic powder marinade. Maybe I'm fucking up my calories, but it's either that or I drink the whisky from my company dinner gift.

>Peri Peri

piri-piri my nigga

I don't. I'll use salt and eat with rice. Am I missing out? I tend to eat foods as plain and dry as possible.

im a vegan, so i dont eat chicken

Jamaican jerk chicken and possibly mixed pepper.

For chicken breasts, just salt and pepper.
thekitchn.com/how-to-cook-moist-tender-chicken-breasts-every-time-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-36891

For a whole chicken, usually in my electric pressure cooker, I use salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

For chicken from frozen, it varies.
earthmamasworld.com/cfrozen-chicken-breasts-cooked-perfection-10-minutes-cook-frozen-chicken-breasts-instant-pot/

I use a blackening seasoning sometimes and when I get bored of that I use cajun seasoning

>tumeric
my nigga

Kys

I prefer turkey to chicken. Am I harming muh gainz?

Mesquite seasoning is the shit. Costco has a good one.

Alternatively, a marinate in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar 1 hr before cooking. 2:1 ratio soy sauce to vinegar

Jamaican seasoning or Adobo seasoning.

I gotta get my Adobo seasoning first.

This shit is the GOAT. Get the big one from Sams Club.

Italian seasoning
Dried celery
Red hot

olive oil
salt

grainy mustard
lemon juice

bretty tasty

god damn I've killed lik 8 threads today by simply posting in them what the fuck is happening

I have this baked potato spice mix. I have no idea what's in it but I put it in my chicken/rice mix and it tastes godly. I also cook my chicken in a couple of grams of butter and than add 1g per 10g of uncooked rice to it and stirr it all in the pan. Butter makes everything better.

Cook in olive oil until mostly cooked

Put in a can of tomato paste and spread it around each piece to fully cover it. Add more olive oil if you are having trouble.

Add a little bit more garlic and chilli powder to each piece as it cooks the tomato paste on.
