what about creatine causing hair loss?

how do i use google: the post

Im saying why would you take it if it causes hair loss

>multis are a waste of money
>get vitamin D
Fun fucking fact; the D you eat is not the same as the D from sun, and the sun version if the one you actually need.

You dont need multis unless you're already suffering from a precondition that requires you to take them.

multivitamins have shown to have no effect on vitamin levels in our body. So you just waste your money.

citation please
im concerned im not eating sufficient veggies.

i think it CAN cause hair loss but i don't think it 100% has to

that sounds retarded

Just whey isolate, creamy vanilla isopure.
Any recommendations for a fatty on a cut?

>im concerned im not eating sufficient veggies.
That is absolutely NOT a justifiable reason to waste so much money on vits. You also easily get enough by just having a few veggies anyway, literally half of the population doesn't even eat vegetables sufficiently which is why so many are deficient, but it doesn't apply to you because you're Veeky Forums or at least /self-aware-that-everyone-is-fucking-lazy/

You can calculate your vit levels easily

Not him but many are artificial

Eat less

Same for me. I also take zinc before bed as it's basically free, I dont mind if it does nothing. 250 10mg tablets for like 5 euros lul.

In males prone to hairloss. My grandpa has a head full of hair so I believe creatine cannot mess with me. examine.com/nutrition/does-creatine-cause-baldness/#ref1

Wrong, vitamin D supplements elevate blood levels, thats how vitamin D is measured. Also, the sun gives you skin cancer so easy to choose between the sun and a tablet for vitamin D.

Zinc oxide
Magnesium morning and bed time
Citrilune malate

Popping magnesium and cit malate together gives me the hardest boners ever.

also a lot of milk is fortified with vitamin D so that may not be an issue for shut-in GOMAD enthusiasts

Change your zinc form

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24259556

Better fucking have that magnesium in citrate, dont say thats oxide too!

mine is just zinc monomethionine + copper and google doesnt say much about it

im confused didnt you just say it was oxide

what u got sounds good though.
