Monday - Chest Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Shoulders Traps
Thursday - rest
Friday - Fullbody
Saturday - rest
Sunday - Back Biceps

Fullbody workout constisting of each main lift from the other split up workouts, so BB Rows / Bench Press / Squats / OHP - 3-5x3-7, plus some accessories 3x8-15 (Deadlifts on back day)

i don't get this why not just do ppl

>lifting six days a week

Stop spreading these toxic memes

What I really "want" to do is a brosplit because they are what I enjoy the most, but I do this to get some frequency for main lifts, some frequency - what a brosplit lags. I believe in doing what you truly enjoy but still being objective to its downsides.

I completely understad though, PPLx2 is an awesome routine, I just really got good results having a seperate shoulder/trap-day

Some of us train for aesthetics - not to look fat and lift heavy.

No visible penis line? Small and pathetic!

>genetics
>pathetic

Just the way it's worded and how you had the same rountine on two days and swapped the words around

Straight up definition of PPL

What is ppl

push, pull, legs

Question I want to learn to be a better swimmer but at the moment I am doing ss, can I do the swimming on rest days or will it fuck me up.

>arms and chest and back
>arms and chest and back
>arms and chest and back

why do brosplit/ppl fags always start this kind of threads?

It's fitness related maybe? To see how your routine compares to others? Are you retarded?

Modified strength program
