Let's get a supplements thread going.
What do you bros take? What kind of Amino acids, pre workouts creatine. I've started lifting seriously for about a month now and have seen good results with just a healthy diet and consistent gym time. Share your drug list with me so I can be better.

First of all get a good diet going; then

Buy
>protein powder
>multivitamin
>omega 3

Not necessary, but can help
>creatine
>preworkout

Pass
>everything else

Any multivitamins you would recommend?

Medschool bro here, the vast majority of studies conducted on the use of omega 3 supplements have shown they are useless. Omega 3 itself, from it's natural sources (some types of fish), is pretty important for cardiac health.

Vitamin D
Vitamin K
Fish Oil
Zinc
Magnesium
Psyllium Husk
Phenylpiracetam
Alpha-GPC
Caffeine
L-Theanine
Creatine
Whey
BCAA
PWO

You take all this daily?

Except the two last yeah

Taking a trip down to my local vitamin shoppe and throwing down a couple hundred bucks on this stuff then.

Op literally only get whey and creatine, the rest is shit. If you had a perfect diet you wouldn't even need these but the whey helps you with your protein intake so go ahead and get it if you want

That's an absurd amount. Do you actually look athletic or like you can do something?

BCAA are also legit as well as those two. It's the only three I bother to use. Creatine not so much anymore though.

morning:
2 scoops of protein shake
multivitamin
caffeine pills

midday:
omega 3
MSM

evening:
pre workout:
l glutamine
bcaa
msm
omega 3

post workout:
bcaa
2 scoops of protein shake
creatine
zma

Here to collect my daily shill money.

Went from untrained lifts to 1/2/3/4 in 5 months while working a full time job and starting a side business.

Its really not an unreasonable amount. Vitamin D, K, Zinc, Magnesium and fibre is not easy to get an optimal amount of from diet unless you go out of your way to do so. Phenylpiracetam and Alpha-GPC is an alternative to ADHD meds. The rest are self-explanatory.

Here's my daily regimen:

Orange Triad (multivitamin)
Fish Oil
Cholestoff
L-Carnitine
NAC
Beta-Alanine
Creatine
Whey
NutraBio PRE Extreme (w/ extra citrulline malate)
Casein
Gold Standard Gainer
Testosterone Propionate
Trenbolone Acetate
Anastrozole (Arimidex)

You can't use this each time

Nice stack.

I haven't seen alpha gpc since i was taking nootropics for school.

Off topic but if you wanna do better... Take alpha gpc and noopept. The only effective nootropics

Here's what I own [I use like thirty percent of it]

Multivitamins
Kratom
Rhodiola Rosea extract
Phenibut
Aniracetam
Modafinil
Fish Oil
Magnesium
Calcium
Zinc
Ashwaganda
Isotone drinks
Whey protein
Muscle gainer
Taurine
D Aspartic Acid
Fenegreek Exctract
Mucuna Pruriƫns extract
Resveratrol
Beta ecdysterone
5-Htp

>The only effective nootropics

Elaborate how you know this

Somewhere out there a jew just bought his 10th house from those supp purchases you made user.

Ephedrine
Caffeine
Daily multi
Fish oil
Vitamin d
Fiber

I can take it whenever I want.

>Creatine not so much anymore though
Does it lose it's effect after awhile?

It has a mild effect on muscle size due to water retention but then it stays the same and you have to keep taking it or the effect will be gone.

What do you think of this stack for a beginner (3 months lifting), diet is in check:

Whey protein
Creatine
B-Alanine
Fish Oil Omega-3
Green tea

I'm still doubtful about these:
Multivitamin
Taurine (supposedly you need to supplement with this if you're on creatine+B alanine)

For me just DWW

Diet, Whey, and Work. Try to eat right, whey for some focused protein, and the drive to put in the work on the weights famslam.

I'm only focusing on strength though, not really lifting for attention and the mirin'. Just strength and health m8s.

Forskoliin

ZMA

D aspartic acid

where the fuck do i get this cheaply in europe?

I have taken DMAE in the past for concentration aka brain gains. It worked wonderfully, no downsides except ironically enough the lack of addictiveness makes it necessary to make a conscious effort in remembering to take it. I am also looking into serrapeptase (pretty much an anti-inflammatory miracle enzyme) and beta-alanine for DNA repairing aka longevity aka eternal youth aka possible biological immortality, but don't tell anybody, we don't want daddy government to ban it via regulation.

Oh, and only retards rely on caffeine and also defend it. Any claims by them are nothing but the worthless words of an addict.
