I skip breakfast. I know it's not healthy but I hate all breakfast foods and after I wake up I'm not hungry at all and forcing food down my throat just makes me sick

I just put scrambled eggs on top of sardines, which are on top of a piece of toast. A lot easier than turning the oven on 500.

Overnight oates, tons of videos on youtube and saves me time in the morning because I make the night before. I usually put in some chocolate protein powder and get anywhere from 25 to 30 grams of protein on one serving but it dependa on what else I put in it.
