Whats good Veeky Forums, I'll be smashing like hell in about three weeks, and I need some solid exercises that can improve my chances of not being shit at it. I'm already great at foreplay according to my partner so i'm on good on that front. But ye. Burpees and planks. HIIT too. Heavy big lifts and lots of sunshine to improve hornyness and erection quality.

These concerns about being bad at sex are unfounded.and shouldn't be anywhere near of a problem if your post implies you're as fit as you say you are, there's not much doing actual exercises specifically for sex outside of what you've already done, will do It'll comes down to you when you do the deed. The only things you really can do are things you've most likely already been doing

Eat more protein, sleep more, working out more/harder than you already do, and fapping when otherwise not having sex. gain, you've most likely been already doing these though again presumably no different than what you've been doing
