No set routine but after a few years ive gotten in a rhythm and usually have at least some idea of what im gonna do each day. Usually start with light isolations and bodyweight stuff like dips and L-pullups to warm up, them move onto whatever compound I'll be doing that day, then after my 5x5 ill drop the weight and cram as much volume as i can, usually like an 8x10 at 205 for bench lets say. Then i go do isolations for muscles I didn't work with the compound for a lot of volume with med-light weight
