I got you op make this in the evening before you want to eat in next morning

100g oats
20g flax seed
20g chia seeds
1 scoop of your favourite banana flavoured protein

Add all this to a closable jar shake well so is mixed well

Next add

100g mixed berries

1 large banana mushed up

100ml dairy milk
100g almond milk

>60g of oats
>add water to cover.
>microwave until cooked (~90secs).
>add milk until runny consistency.
> drink.

honey or cinnamon optional

hurr i eat them raw cause fit told me too episode.

Came here to post this:
1/2 cup of oats
1 banana cut up
1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
Water
I cut the banana first and stir it with the oatmeal. Then I add the peanut butter, followed by just a little bit of water( less than a quarter cup). I then microwave the bowl for 1 min 30 seconds, and then I stir it again. Bon Appetite!
I also eat two to three eggs on the side with my oatmeal.

I might actually try this for breakfast tomorrow.

worried it would be dry tho

are your oats crunchy or something so you can eat them raw?

the ones i have are soft and shit, there's no way you can eat them raw without it drying up your mouth and sticking to your throat

>mixed nuts and raisins
>oats
>soy milk

I always think of food as merely nutrients, and I don't care much about having bland food as long it's nutritionally okay and the taste and texture is tolerable. So, since I want to remove milk from my diet, I tried the following:

>oats
>water
>one of these multivitamin efervescent pills with a shitty orange taste

And I've just blent the whole thing. It was disgusting as fuck, tasted like wet cardboard.

Another oat recipe that was very simple and was actually good was:

>oats
>add water, let it rest
>add broth powder (chicken or vegetable)
>mix it
>microwave for one minute or so

This one was delicious and I'm taking this most of times I want to have oats.

Simply add milk as needed

Add honey to it or it'll taste like a cardboard omelette
you've been warned

what's wrong with plain old oats + water?

add some honey if you are so autistic you need flavour

That was a joke. You should at least let oats soak in water/milk/yoghurt the day before.

i've never used milk with it, or water or anything like that. it's usually not to thick for me, and i was surprised at how good it tasted with the natural peanut butter.

I fill it up with enough water for the oats to absorb. The peanut butter when melted will make it nice and creamy.
