Here's my routine.
Day1: plank 60 sec, rest 40 sec *4
Day 2: Hanging toes to bar AMRAP, windshield AMRAP
Day 3: Upper abs crunch, scissors, reverse crunch.
12 reps each, megaset. 45 sec rest between sets.
Day 4: BOSU wobbly plank, BOSU twisting plank, myotatic crunch.
12 reps each, megaseted. 4 sets w/ 45 sec rest
Day 5: Leg day, no direct ab work, but focus on them when getting out of the hole on squats, for that burn.

This being said, I'll look up exercise, there are some I don't know.

I don't know if it's just me or everyone, but I noticed I build tolerance very quick with ab exercise, and then can't "feel" anything without blasting 50+ reps, which is retarded, so I mix it up pretty often.

I can't do ab roller fully, how do I improve?

No exercise will do jack shit if your body fat too high. So, obviously step one is to make sure your body fat is low enough.

Step two is still doing big compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, weighted pullups, bench, etc.

However, the ab wheel is a great core exercise that can only help those other lifts. Do an ab wheel warmup before your main workout to give your nervous system a bit of a boost before your main workout. I'm sure you can even do a few sets after your workout to also give it some extra strengthening.

The ab wheel is truly one of fitness's "lost" good inventions.
