I stopped eating meat 2 months ago for health reasons. I wanted to see if i could drastically reduce my meat and dairy intake and ive been able to do it.
The only time its an issue is in a social setting like a family bbq or going out to eat with the inlaws. I hardly have any options. Again, i stopped meat for health reasons, not necessarily for ethical reasons, or environmental reasons(which i agree is a problem in itself). I just feel like im a hypocrite if i eat meat once a week, but idk if i should feel like one.
