This is what irritates me the most, it's not so much horrible that the song sucks, but terrible that A LOT of people like it and companies pay millions of dollars to have their songs played even more than actually requested.

I think it all feels like the taste of the person at the desk, cos depending on the day and staff I think, the music will be fucking great, or abysmal.
