I am not the guy you are replying to but if you are lifting natty and you are focusing on being lean then you won't develop "huge out of proportion parts" if you follow a sane program. The guy you posted is somewhat aesthetic but its much more impressive if a guy is bigger(but still maintains aesthetic proportions).
