I think crab is grosser looking in its natural habitat, but better tasting that shrimp.

idk man snails are just like these juicy lumps of meat with eyestalks whereas shrimp are these fucking aquatic elongated spiderlings, pretty gross

people have pet snails tho, no one has pet shrimp because they are so gross

Society doesn't demonize squid for all of our lives though. Snails are akin to rats in the way we view them.
