My work has a Tanita scale, so I get printouts like this.

Acne is mostly gone after I cut out whey. That picture is like a month old.

Also, I actually have a fwb now, something I never thought I'd have.

I'm early thirties and started eating right 4 months ago and lifting 2 months ago after i got arrested. Bodyweight dropped from 210 to 177 in that time.

I know i'm dyel af and an asslet but this is the first time i've tried in my life. squat started at 120 kek.

I have the Garmin equivalent and it's useless. Waste of money.

I like the idea of getting data to my google fit account every morning though, should I go for like a cheaper wifi scale then?

If you just want the weight, then yes. The bf readings are useless.

just buy a regular scale and go to a lab 1-2 times a year.
dexa scan costs between €30-50 and is at least accurate.

Imo, cut to stick sensibly, then lean bulk. Bulking when your fat is a terrible idea. Hell, you could sit at maintenance for a bit and if your relatively new you could still recomp a bit.

Well explain the spikes? Candy or just overeating? You wouldn't get those with 1500 kcal a day.

the spikes are because I started logging daily and weight doesn't constantly go down, it fluctuates, the points earlier on were when I would just put in a new low weight not my everyday weight. Not saying I'm a saint with my dieting though I've failed a couple of times and the biggest spike is because of that, the others if I had to guess would be because I didn't go to the gym that day
