1. Been hitting abs and cutting, around 13.4% bf now. I still feel like I'm getting nowhere with my abs, any suggestions?

2. My lower abdomen seems to protrude a bit, can I fix this? It feels like it hampers my ability to get a proper 6pack.

There's nothing specific to fix. Just eat less and exercise harder. Try and improve your posture is the only specific advice I can give.

Already on a cut so I guess that's taken care of.

And I lift 4 times a week and run 80 km too.
