Omar is more realistic for most people. He has results that are closer to what's in line with what most people will experience out of their training.

While I believe Eric is natty for quite a bit of reasons, especially his main reason that if he took roids, his personality is to overdo it so he'd probably just die. He isn't realistic in the least. The guy is a fucking freak of nature and has more drive than Gosling.

99.9 percent of people can't obtain what he's done or how often he's done it no matter how many roids they take. It doesn't matter if he roids or not, a person will see his videos and say fuck this.

You never really practice your max effort and suddenly you attempt a max effort. 85-90% is still nothing, you can rep it 3-5 times.

He unironically has one of the best physiques I've seen. And I respect his intensity. I personally would not lift like that though, his technique is really sketchy sometimes and I don't think you should sacrifice fluidity of motion for 1rm weight so often. Training in the gym is to prepare you for situations where you use that strength in whatever manner to accomplish your task. I guess when your task is lifting that is ok, but I believe better technique and form is more important than regular displays of brutality. It's amazing he can handle that shit so regularly and not be injured.

Guy is so hopped up on energy and calories that it's not really comparable to the average person. Even roiders don't train everyday. But they don't condition themselves for it either.

If you want some "anecdotal" evidence, check out the homo who did The Rock's training and eating schedule. He was eating 5k a day and realized that he needed that to be able to get through the workouts and his body started adapting to it.

If you want more evidence, eat more. If you want more evidence, compare how your body feels compared to when you cut to when you bulk. If you want more evidence, don't workout for a while, and compare how your body feels after 1 workout to how you feel when you get on a schedule.

Once Erik feels like he's about to burn out, he does something else. He doesn't do full body routines, he does one exercise in hypertrophy and strength ranges and is done. And he's been doing it so long that he gets stronger every rotation.
