Pretty much the same of you, just different brands.

Shameless self bump

>Creatine
Enjoy your premature balding

My stack is:
modafinil
omega 3 (EPA+DHA) (vegan)
beta-alanine (vegan)
vitamin D 5000 IU + methylcobalamin 5000 mcg OR Multi (100% RDA) 4 days a week
vegan protein Powder mix (Hemp, Pea, Rice Isolate)
conjugated linoleic acid (vegan)
glucosamine (vegan)
acetyl L carnitine (vegan)
caffeine (vegan & fair trade)
taurine (vegan)
cum (my bf)

Whey
Multi
Vitamin K
Fish oil
1 magical pill of calcium/magnesium/zinc (magnesium good against depression, calcium good for muay thai)

I wanted to try whey+casein but it has way more carbs and sugar, so I'll pass.

pea or soy protein
creatine monohydrate
good multivitamin
trimagnesium dicitrate (helps with cramps and has an extremely good calming effect)
green tea extract
vitamin s

>calcium supp
you're getting enough calcium with your diet already for sure, vitamin D is what you want to fixate calcium in bones and glucosamine sulfate or glucosamine msm chondroitin is what you want for joints

>Whey
>Creatine
>BCAA
>Fish Oil
>Zinc & Magnesium
>Vitamin D
>HMB
>Caffeine

>soy protein
there's alqays some debate on soy powder, in theory it's certainly safer than other kind of soy yet
>Caution should be taken to ensure that the selected brand of soy protein concentrate has been heat treated to eliminate trypsin inhibitors

>examine.com/nutrition/is-soy-good-or-bad-for-me/

>BCAA
consider supplementing just Leucine. >When BCAAs are supplemented on top of some protein, the increase in MPS is smaller compared to simply eating more protein or adding only leucine
>Why would the addition of the two other BCAAs be worse than leucine alone? Isoleucine and valine use the same transporter as leucine for uptake in the gut. Therefore, it is speculated that isoleucine and valine compete for uptake with leucine, resulting in a less rapid plasma leucine peak.
>So, leucine supplementation on its own is better at producing the trigger for maximal MPS, and a complete protein is just better at providing the bricks for muscle growth. A BCAA supplement doesn’t fit anywhere in this picture; it’s worse than only leucine at doing leucine’s job, and it’s worse than a complete protein at its job.

Only if you're already undergoing MPB or have a predisposition to it, dummy

fun fact: 99% of men experience male pattern baldness in their life, males without any sign of receding hairline in their old age are not a common occurrence. all creatine users are accelerating this process.

No, you.

Yes.

>99%
nice number you pulled out of your ass

>supps

creatine
multivitamin
zinc

>statisticbrain.com/hair-loss-statistics/
>Percent of men who will have noticeable hair loss by age 80 70 %
high enough

This. Enjoy your placebo and empty wallets.

tick tack

you're utterly uninformed and delusional. Pull out your head from /pol/'s ass sometimes.

30mg Raw Zinc
500mg Magnesium Glycinate
2000iu Vitamin D

melatonin before bed but that doesn't really count

>delusional
>buys shit one can obtain from eating plenty of quality food
>but muh creatin
>wasting money on a short term solution when in the end it's the roids elixir like powers and results they truly crave
>giving money to perpetuate this cycle of sponsors paying roid models to push bs to impressionable (and naive) guys who just want to get ripped
fascinating tale chap

>>giving money to perpetuate this cycle of sponsors paying roid models to push bs to impressionable (and naive) guys who just want to get ripped

How to stop this? Every new lifter falls for it.

Well placebo is still real, and the supplements are cheap.

>buys shit one can obtain from eating plenty of quality food
plenty of quality food has plenty of calories. You're not hitting a required protein intake to avoid skeletal muscle loss while cutting without convenient and cheap protein powders, and you're less likely to hit decently spaced protein meals during the day without shakes. Protein powders are invariably cheaper than food, unless you're living in some forsaken country. It's also the best way to have an effective pre-workout meal.
Vitamin D is one of the best supps, especially in Winter.
Other supps have specific goals and meet specific needs. All of them have been reviewed in scientific literature and aren't placebo at all. Fuck off back to DYEL.

Creatine monohydrate is cheap as shit, scientifically proven to enhance performance (even more so on gear) and lasts for fucking ever.

1000g creatine = 15 €
5-10g per day
1000g / 5g per day = 200 days
1000g / 10g per day = 100 days

>You're not hitting a required protein intake to avoid skeletal muscle loss
>muh 2g per lb bodyweight
>muh anabolic window
>muh powdered cottage cheese

It's an industry they never truly will be regulated. Even so, I'm sure there's is hardcore lobbying that helps keep it afloat. For fucks sake, don't you guys read when it says 'claims have not been backed by the FDA.' Though the FDA in itself Is corrupt as fuck.
I suppose it's become the rite of passage for every newb at this point. It's hard because the images saturated are of beautiful bodies that are obtainable, but not in the way as advertised.
In the end. Like anything else. It's up to the individual to make that leap and research the efficacy of desired product. Even if they make themselves the guinea pig.
I'm beyond judgement. i just want people to not give in to something just because a guy on gear says it's what he uses. Unless he's promoting the UGL test.

>2g per lb bodyweight
no, I never mentioned it.
>anabolic window
no, I never mentioned it.
Stop resorting at rhetorical fallacies and educate yourself.
otherwise fuck off to , failed DYEL memester.

about muscle loss while cutting,

Testosterone
HCG
Fish oil
Whey
Vitamin D3

>Not wanting people to waste money on supplements
>/pol/

Also you didn't have to specifically mention it, you said there's no way to get it without supplements so you probably fell for one or the other supplement memes.

Vitamin S
multivitamin
Aromasin
Anything but the aforementioned is snake oil sold by (((((((them)))))))

> you didn't have to specifically mention it, you said there's no way to get it without supplements so you probably
and that's I know you didn't even open 1(one) link. 2g per lb is too much and anabolic window is a meme. And you're an idiot.
>you fell
you fell for you own voluntary sheer ignorance. I've even hinted sources but no, here you are again purporting your own fallacious idiocy. You're just a fucking memester and for sure a DYEL, bring back your rhetorical straw-man tactics to ktxbye & kys

>glucosamine sulfate or glucosamine msm chondroitin

Thanks for the advice, kind user. I'll research on that magical stuff and add it to my stack!!

Tried some DMAA preworkout i got for free (sample, 2 servings) and it was waaaay to strong. Kept me on edge all day, but atleast there was no jitters or anxiety

multivitamin
vit D
magnesium
zinc
fish oil

a pot of black coffee a day

>brings up /pol/ AGAIN

Go back.

iron
calcium
magnesium citrate
cod liver oil
im on keto and open to suggestions, ill probably buy a multy vitamin soon

>goy and jew jokes

You're confused, you're the one who has to revert to a different board here.

You need to go to a different site.

>shameless empty shitposting
You have to be 18 to post here.

>modafinil
Can you describe your experience with it?
How much do you take daily?

200 mg
the effect is subtle, but it's there and noticeable
you become more focused
you're never sleepy
your piss starts smelling funny
I once hit the gym few hours after taking it, I never felt "tired" nor "exhausted" even after big compounds and a lot of volume. I made new PRs all in one. This pretty much scared me, since I don't want it to hide or mask pain and muscular failure. I now take it in the morning (as it should be) and exercise in the evening, and it's fine.
It can replace, per se, all your coffee, as far as sleepiness is concerned.
sometimes I'm so focused on doing something that hours pass by without even realizing it. I can see why it's #1 supp for students but I'd recommend it to anyone. It doesn't really have side or nasty side effects if you're an averagely healthy individual without mental, heart of blood pressure-related issues. It doesn't give addiction, you can hop on and off moda easily. I wouldn't mix it with alcohol or other drugs interacting with the CNS and I wouldn't use it to party or to get high or something like that.

thanks!

I take whey, gainer for breakfast, casein at night, creatine, L-carnitine, beta-alanine, citrulline malate, NutraBio PRE Extreme (PWO), Orange Triad (multi), NAC, fish oil, and Cholestoff.

I also currently pin Test Prop and Tren Ace everyday, with some Adex every other day.

Cla
Quadracarn
Quadralean
Good ole multivitamin

whey
creatine
fishoil
L-arginine
maca powder
pre workout (as of next week, because myprotein takes ages to deliver)
caffeine pills
multi vitamin

it's getting too much honestly

where do you get powdered cottage cheese i'm having trouble finding it

where can I buy this stuff?

Mesomorph rocket pop, Optimum protein (Costco), all-day you may and real food. Other than that I try to get what I can out of my food

it depends. Where you live?

cheese
sardines
dark leafy greens
nuts
fruit

Sometimes i'll add i a scoop of whey if i'm not getting enough protein from my food but most days I don't need to

Austria. I've had some bad experience with ordering stuff from eastern europe.

Forget Eastern Europe and India. If you're in YuropLand go to afinil dot eu; they'll send in an ebay/amazon fake pack a fake yet perfectly packaged supplement container with inside some real moda blisters (generic brand, they all come from India). They send from Germany or London. It may cost per pill few cents more than the Indian route but you'll save so much on shipping costs, and you'll get it in 5 working days max.
Or, you know, get it prescribed (and still order it online, it will be generally cheaper).
No, those won't be fake pills, moda production in India is dirty cheap it's simply not convenient. And you'll be able to tell it yourself (piss smell, overall effects).

Creatine benefits haven't ever been challenged. And you didn't challenge that it promotes premature balding besides that rhetorically childish ""Meme horseshit". Wew.
>examine.com/nutrition/does-creatine-cause-baldness/
>Creatine may increase the rate of balding in men with Male Pattern Baldness, although the data needs to be replicated a bit to be more conclusive.
Keep up the good work, user.

Is animal pak a good multi?

Guys do your multivitamins smell like crap too? I can't stand the smell of mine.

>blaming your shit genetics on creatine

Wake up:
>500mg L-Tyrosine

Lunch:
>2000IU Vitamin D3
>22mg Zinc Picolinate

Bed:
>400mg Magnesium Glycinate
>100mg 5-HTP w/ Vitamin B6

Beta alanine
C4 50x
Hydrolyzed whey
Vit d
Iron
Zinc
Calcium
Adrenal gland support
Milk thistle

>may
>although the data needs to be replicated a bit to be more conclusive.
It hasn't been challenged because "may", inconsistency and tenuous links along with inconclusive data are the only thing pseudoscientific memes that purport to challenge well done science have.
>Keep up the good work, user.
Keep up the memeing

Pathetic.

what does the tyrosine do for you? I bought some along with some choline and I don't feel anything.

Also.. I do a lot of sprints and some runs throughout the week. I still lift though too. Should I be taking creatine?

fish oil, estradiol, cyproterone, biotin.

Whey protein
Creatine
Multivitamin
Caffeine

Ez

Currently just ON/Gold Standard Whey. I'm taking a month off of Creatine just to give my kidneys a bit of a break (probably unnecessary but whatever).

Starting a new job soon and with my first paycheck or two I'm going to get a Pre/Post/BCAA stack, which will include creatine in the stack.

>cum (my bf)

Which supps are good for yo dick

Cialis

...

Aka The Faggot Stack

isnt it advised to take L-citrulline instead of arginine because the body metabolises L-citrulline more efficiently to arginine than actual arginine? Watch Jeff Nippards video on it

Perhaps yeah, but Ibasically don't notice any difference when I take it, won't buy again

kek, have fun getting 5g of creatine from red meat everytime. That compared to a 15 dollar tub of powder.

You realize he gay right?
