I fucked around in the gym for a long time and constantly had issues with motivation and not having the energy to finish my set or push myself to a new PR.

When I actually started consistently getting GOOD sleep and not waiting until 8pm at night to go to the gym I started making the progress I had been dreaming of making for years.

The realization that I can do whatever the fuck I wanna do.

For me probably meal prepping because I used to be an impulse eating fat fuck.

Meal prep makes it no effort to stick to the exact diet I need.

Realizing that rippetoe is a meme. I started doing a brosplit, smith machine squats and so forth and made muchos better gains.

Using and organic multivitamin and Soylent to supplement my subpar diet.
