Eggs are always good. Bacons good as well. The sausage patties I'd replace with rye toast and fruit.

grate some cheese over the eggs right when it comes off the stove and hot sauce on the sausages and its 10/10

Lol, this is my regular meals.

For breakfast today: pb and tomatopure, paprica, greensallad, cucumber and svartasarah cheese in between two slices of a 33% nuts and the rest good stuff bread. Also Whey and coffee

good shit.

I tend to avoid any bread at all despite having acces to really good one.

I just fucking love good, fresh bread so I'll always eat it over veggies and other valuable meal components.
