I started making delt gains when I started doing high rep, low rest sets on db press, lat raise and rear delt flyes. I finish every workout with upright row/lateral raise superset
can we see ur delts? my delts refuse to grow and i know its probably due to my genetics but itd be nice to see dudes with shit shoulders get hueg without using muscle potions.

A sure sign of gear usage is massive fucking delts.

1 rep is a OHP, then you lower it behind and do a BTN press. Do about 2-4 sets of 6-10 reps starting at ~ 30-40% of your OHP 1rm
Then do some band pullaparts
This with a decent amount of DB rows (which I love) and pullups (which I don't) finally made me happy with how my delts tied to my back
Shoulder warmup
TWY with dumbbells
Front dumbell raises
Cable lateral raises
Superset Lateral dumbell raises
Face pulls
That's what I do, did wonders for my shoulder size
