for 3 years now I've been doing nothing but bodyweight pullups (probably 1000 a week) and shoulders once a week.

other than that i do a lot of hiking and cycling.

Are the pullups strict form?

yeah i used to do a lot more isolation stuff years ago but never really hit anything other than my shoulders and back, and obviously legs.
due to work and less time i now mostly do bodyweight stuff

i do 15 a set. the first 10 are strict and the last couple are horrendous form but still get me pumped.

desu i don't even know wtf that is. i just eat clean, and do pullups squat and some work on the bodybag if i have time to break some extra sweat. i have a history in martial arts so that helped.

haven't gained a pound in years, but got more cut and stronger.
don't really give a shit about aesthetics desu.

bought one of these pullups racks off amazon for like 100 bucks. just ordered a bar to put on the wall with a heavybag mount.

didn't have the time to put it up yet so for no i take a jog to the nearest playground after getting home from work and eating.

i now use that thing for tricep pushdowns

and i started working out 10 years ago or something so i had a good foundation.
