Not him but @ 6"2 and 2k calories, I was losing weight way too fast and next cut I'll probably to with something like 2300-2400 and adjust with time

yeah but youre 6'2, that sounds reasonable. calorie intake gets pretty fucked up over 6
user claims 6'0 so he is probably around 5'11 irl, there is no way he is losing significant weight at 3k

I'm 10% bodyfatish around 75kg, which I just eat 2,000 calories per day to get down to.

I'm actually 184cms, so slightly over 6ft, I work as a plumber and have a fairly large frame.

1200 -1500 and sometimes 1700 with cheat days of 2000 (weekends sometimes)

I dropped to my current weight down from 225 over the course of four and a half months.
I ate exactly 2000 calories a day and went to the gym four days a week. I gave myself one cheat day a month where I ate however much of whatever I wanted.
I lost 70lbs off mydeadlift and squat, but my bench and OHP maintained.

My maintenance is 2056 so my cut would be 1556 but I recently got a job with a real estate company that has me driving around and walking around a lot so I might have to adjust but not sure really
