I don't shave, i trim. Only during the summer, because damn that shit is hot. Honsetly a little chest hair gives your artificial definition, so it really enhances my gains. Also i don't look like a 12 year old girl.

2. Close the water off

3. Start shaving

4. Start water again make sure its lukewarm and softly rub my hands on my face and finish showering

That's it, no aftershave, ditch that shit out and start eating high amounts off carotenoid food, your skin will improve and a study showed you'll be literally more attractive to other people.

actually, body hair evolved to protect our skin from the sun, since men used to hunt more and get their skin exposed to the skin we evolved to grow it to cover us from skin cancer, however in the northern countries where they didn't have much sun and had pale skin (think finland) even the men didn't grow much body hair.

I do that almost all the time, except when my beard grows way to much.

I ride a bike a lot, but even when I don't for some periods of time I shave my legs, becasue short hair on legs looks better and is just comfy.

Also armpits once/two weeks and willyzone about once/1,5m, becasue it looks better, is comfy and hygienic.

Chest from time to time, especially during summers, longer hair just itchem me, don't know why.
