I can do an 85lb pendelay row but I can't do a pull up without 85lb of assist. The calculator shows very different results.

Yeah those two things aren't the same at all. With a row you're just moving the bar. With a pull up you're moving your bodyweight + the added weight.

I squat every other workout. Tfw 6'4" 270lbs on stick legs.

but u probably bulked your first 30 pounds on a bro split and now that youre not really gaining weight anymore youre squatting a lot and complaining about genetics.

doesnt work that way bud. u want leg muscles, u gotta BULK and SQUAT. not just SQUAT. and if you have stick legs right now, just do SS. that retarded routine is meant to fix people with no legs.

Ive been doing SS for three months. Im a fatty who likes booze especially after working out. The liquid jew has its hooks in me.

don't look too bad imo. keep at it and your legs will grow. make sure your form is right on the squat.
