Anyone here in the 1000lb club? Idk if there's a metric equivalent but currently im at around 900 lbs. These are all my 1RM
Squat 405lbs (183kg)
Deadlift 300lbs (136kg)
Bench 200lbs (90kg)

My overhead press is at 200lbs too rn. I want to get my Diddlys to at least 3pl8s so add 40 lbs to the total and my chest press to 2pl8s by the end of september.

Also i'm 6'0" and weigh around 160lbs.

When i deadlifted it was after I had hit legs all day and back and OHP. I didn't think id be able to do 4plates on each side for the squat i thought my max would be 3pl8s for squat. but when i did diddlys it was hard to just do 3plbs for me. why??

Generally speaking dead will be higher than squats in most lifters. Squats can be close, maybe even a little higher, but 100lbs higher is very odd

I had pains in my lower back not too long ago, recovering right now. When I was standing up, it was alright. If I put weight on or squatted, I felt more pain.

Doctor sent me to an osteopathic physician (just learned they are viewed as quacks in the states, kek) to loosen up my spine/disc. The discomfort went away and I could squat again (don't think I was supposed to for three days, but I did it anyway).

If it's there longer than a week, see a doctor!

How did you train your press and for how long to get to 200lbs?

So i do a PPLPPLX routine
every leg day i hit shoulders so twice a week. Routine looks like this:

4x10 Lateral Dumbell Raises
4x10 Forward Dumbell Raises
5x10 Military Press w Dumbells
6x8 Overhead press
4x10 Lateral Cable Raises ( I do these from the bottom and from a neutral position at chest level)
And 4x10 Rear Deltoid extensions

This is all in addition to back and bicep shit that i do on my pull days and my incline press on push days. Took maybe 2-3 months of hitting shoulders? I started off only able to do 35lbs on each side of the bar for OHP and then 45s and after 2 days with the 45 plates i could comfortably do 55 on each side for two sets of 6. the last few weeks ive been starting with the 45 pl8s and working my way up to doing 70 on each side for reps. also the one rep max was in a smith machine. I REPEAT IN A SMITH MACHINE so chances are my 1RM for the overhead press is more close to 180lb

I'll finish by saying that a 200lb press at 160lbs is world class for an alleged novice/intermediate lifter

if your deadlift is a whole 100 ass pounds lighter than your squat, your squat is nowhere near competition depth

Choose one and only one if you use correct form. If you only bench 200, then your OHP is around 145ish. If you OHP 200 then you are benching 270ish.

Do you full ROM? With your lifts and body weight I find it very doubtful that you are letting the bar touch your collarbone before pressing back through. I also get the feeling that you are incorporating lower body into the lift.

I'm 5'10" 160lbs and my upper body lifts are stronger than yours by a pretty wide margin except for that OHP. Even though I'm cutting I still hit 225 for reps on bench, but hitting 145 for reps in OHP is good weight for me. I can maybe max ~170 on OHP if rested.
