Depends on your FACE HEIGHT FRAME. For your typical Veeky Forums incel though 1/2/3/4 is much easier since you actually control over that.

Depends on your proportions among other factors. 4pl8 DL was harder than the others for me.

2 plate bench by far. God I fucking suck at bench. Deadlift was comically easy, squat and ohp took some grinding but came in good time. Still haven't hit 2 plate bench

1/2/3/4 is where you realize, hey I'm making some real progress.

2/3/4/5 is pretty damn strong.

For me 3pl8 squat is by far the hardest, but that's cuz I'm short torso long limbs, get shit leverages on squats

I'm 70kg OHP at 100kg bench, 120kg squat and 160kg dead, OHP was the first of 1/2/3/4 that I managed to get, is it a proportions thing? do I have potential to hoist 2pl8 above my head?

1gf 3 years before I started lifting, 2pl8 in 4 months, 1pl8 and 4pl8 in the next month and 3pl8 squat took me a whole 7 months, since I didn't even know I need to brace my abs when I squat.

Squat i cant even do 2 pl8s. Every girl on instagram squats more with less effort.
Deadlift is at 310 for 5reps. I hate my life. OHP sucks too.

One of them also did a seated barbell ohp with 3pl8.
