I finally got to 185lbs for 5, but could only do one set, the second one being 4 reps and the next two only being able to push a triple. I'm 99% sure that was a mental block I suffered, though. I'll tear it up for 4x5 next week.

I wish I knew I've been stuck at 155 for 3 months meanwhile my brother can do 2 pl8 for 8 reps.

Everybody starts somewhere. Some people will be able to start with larger weights than you, but don't worry about it. Just keep it at it and you'll be lifting larger weights.
